- As a software developer in an Agile (Scrum) development team, work in a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Convert corporate needs into user-friendly software solutions.
- Own work items in all User Story(s) and successfully complete them as part of the entire development lifecycle.
- Engage in debates about technical design and the practical application of solutions.
- Observe solutions under implementation critically and point out issues with quality, performance, or architecture.

Required Skills
- An M.S. in computer science or a B. Tech or B.E. in computer science or comparable engineering streams
- 0–2 years of Java software development expertise
- Should be well-versed in Java and object-oriented programming.
- Familiarity with the difficulties of concurrent programming, such as multithreading, race situations, deadlocks, etc.
- Should be well-versed in asynchronous code execution techniques and multithreading.
- Should be familiar with and have experience with RDBMS, such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
- Should be familiar with HTML, CSS, front-end libraries, and frameworks like Angular or React.
- Should be familiar with or have experience with RESTful APIs. Django experience is advantageous.
- Any proficiency with Python would be beneficial.
- Be familiar with source control management programmes like TFS and Git.
- Must be familiar with ALM tools like Jira and Azure DevOps (previously VSTS)
- Must be prepared to pick up new skills or domains as required by the project.
- Proactive, friendly, and full of energy, this person enjoys finding solutions to a variety of issues.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems creatively and imaginatively.
- Ability to work well with all members of product, cross-functional, and development teams.
- Self-starter having the ability to do projects with very little oversight.
