Roles & Responsibilities
- In charge of numerous reporting and analysis responsibilities. gathers, organises, and evaluates important operational and statistical data. will be in charge of the SDU’s overall reporting and analytical strategy.
- Create new procedures to improve reporting effectiveness and compile and maintain departmental reports that are used by parties both internally and externally, including senior management, other organisations, etc.
- Construct, define, construct, automate, and maintain operational repeating reports to develop and maintain new standardised reporting regularly.
- Keep track of reporting methods and a schedule for reporting. Create and maintain control documentation for reporting processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and governance audits.
- To guarantee data efficiency and integrity, an audit procedure will also be built.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks as needed by the business and create new reports upon request.
- Keep a record of the new reports and update or alter the ones that already exist.
- Analyse the time and effort required to create new reports and maintain those that already exist.
- Upkeep of both the reporting environment and the reporting portal.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Qualifications: A degree in computer science, computer engineering, electronics engineering, or a related field.
- Years of experience: 1–10, industry experience: telecom.
- Leadership abilities: Set an example for others.
- Familiarity with Power-BI, Tableau, or any other reporting visualisation programme.
- It would be advantageous to have knowledge of new wave programming for machine learning, such as Python.
- Proficiency with Business Objects (to manage and create reports in BO) and VBA (to manage and automate reports) would be beneficial.
- Language proficiency: Competency in Hindi and Written/Spoken English, as well as in values and behaviours: Ericsson Integrity, Honesty, and Core Values.
