Roles & Responsibilities

- Ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard in accordance with the SRB methodology and the engagement teams’ expectations.
- Give a fundamental grasp of a sector or industry and show that you are aware of any assurance concerns or technological difficulties.
- Carry out and record the particular review processes that the engagement teams have specified.
- Gain information about risk management by learning about important business procedures, laws that apply to the client, and other hazards unique to the client’s industry.
- Accounting difficulties should be identified promptly, the facts and conclusions should be well documented, and the COE senior/assistant manager should be consulted.
- Establish goals and duties in collaboration with the COE senior and other team members.
- Provide suggestions for enhancements by evaluating the effectiveness of review processes carried out for various clients.
- Encourage adherence to SRB’s professional and ethical standards, which include data confidentiality.
- Gain expertise using SRB tools and technology to learn new things constantly, impart knowledge to team members, and improve service performance.
