- Attend to demands from clients.
- Conduct a technical investigation and root cause analysis of the reported issue, offering the stakeholder teams in-depth analysis and/or appropriate remedies if practical.
- Inform clients of the status of the problem’s resolution.
- Take part in WebEx sessions and client (phone) meetings.
