Roles & Responsibilities
Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- Generating BOM component numbers in Baan & Agile AVL creation in the Baan system and agile.
- Downloading and distributing customer documentation from the CDC, such as product specs, During NPI, perform the role of a change analyst for new changes.
- Release the part list for new models to production and following the adoption of ECOs Effectively overseeing ECOs for production facilities worldwide For the generation, evaluating, routing, tracking, releasing, and dissemination of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), utilize an Agile (PLM) system.
- Pay special attention to the ECOs and Drawings, and work in tandem with the Process / Product Engineering team at the site.
- Review product changes and adjustments in close collaboration with the engineering and materials departments.
- Answer questions from customers and business partners regarding engineering change orders. Make sure that all process metrics are being met.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Below are the Required Skills & Qualifications –
- With 0–2 years of experience as an NPI/ECO Engineer in a manufacturing setup, preferably in the EMS Industry, a diploma or B.Sc. degree is qualified.
- Practical knowledge in the following fields.
- New Product Introduction, or NPI.
- Management of Engineering Change Orders, or ECO.
- Bill of Materials, or BOM Supervisory.
- Practical Knowledge of Any PLM Software Associated with the ECO Process.
- Strong English communication abilities, both in writing and speaking, are required.
