Roles & Responsibilities
- In charge of managing customers for the mechanical and electronic SKU units.
- In charge of third-party repair operations.
- In charge of NPI activities, processes, and tests.
- assisting the team members in managing their tasks.
- In charge of carrying out, verifying, and sending the FAI to the client for the NPI approval procedure.
- Analysing the scrap and giving the production team technical assistance.
- Collaborate with internal and customer stakeholders on the yield improvement project.
- Creating the NPI strategy based on data received from the customer and presenting it to them at a weekly meeting
- Organising the HMJ and necessary NPI components.
- Requesting quotes from our supplier for the necessary tools, equipment, and components.
- Validation of cycle time
- Directing the NPI and monitoring all of the stakeholders’ activities.

- Certifying the recently written repair protocols and sending them for client approval.
- Keeping an eye on the ECO specifics and giving the team the divided data.
- Preparing the KPI data and giving it to the client.
- Delivering the customer the DOA investigation report.
- Including research on cannibalism, FAI, ECO, DOA, improvement from scrap, and NFF study
- Coordinates repair and service within BWH policies with supplier and customer.
- Encourage Mexico Flex with technical inquiries and HMJ assistance.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of kinaxis will be advantageous. Understanding of Product Structure, EOL, ECO Management Process, and Engineering BOMs Knowledge: the full planning cycle, which includes demand, materials, production, MPS, and MRP planning.
- Verbal and written communication are critical components of this position.
