- Complies with the mapping procedure to provide precise mapping documentation.
- Determines quickly which mapping details may wait in order to give a first draft solution for ETL/Reporting/Conversion for coding.
- Aids in the production and reaction of DSD.
- Offers analysis and design suggestions to persuade MITA teams, clients, and/or suppliers to adopt the design.
- Supports the developers of ETL, reporting, and conversion by using the generated mappings.
- Collaborates closely with the DBAs and configuration team to guarantee that configurations are synchronized with interfaces and mappings.
- Papers for mapping are improved, additional information is added, and unfinished business is filled up when it is cleared up.
- Carries out data and business analysis using SQL, data models, data element dictionaries, and schema.
- Develops unit test cases for the assigned domain.
- Verifies test plan outcomes that meet the specific design objectives.
- Updates mappings and technical specs.
- Facilitates User Acceptance Testing, System Integration Testing, System Testing, and Unit Testing.
- Know-How, Proficiency, and Abilities (Explain all of the information, aptitudes, and skills required to do the work well.)
- Data analysis and analytical abilities in a technological setting, ideally using SQL.
- Expertise in healthcare within a Medicaid claims processing setting.
- Excellent communication abilities both in writing and speaking.
- Observe the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and maintain confidentiality.
- Capacity to build and preserve productive working connections with members, clients, coworkers, suppliers, and customers.
