Roles & Responsibilities

Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –

  • Organize daily tasks, assist with administration, and report on productivity.
  • Take over as the primary administrator and oversee several mails.
  • Compile and arrange every document in accordance with the guidelines.
  • Make sure the project manager, senior associates, and team leads have all the information and resources they need to meet all production deadlines by collaborating closely with them.
  • Provide thorough production reports as requested by the leadership team, senior associates, and project manager.
  • Act as a point of contact for the support staff and IT on system upgrades and troubleshooting, giving them visibility into issues with workflow and processes.
  • As needed, offer specialized project assistance, such as template development, asset and library maintenance, and training administration.
  • Raise project and assignment risks in response to shifting workflow requirements.
  • Handle various projects and mails, and take action or reply to requests within TAT.
  • Adhere to and adhere to best practices for all projects, supporting change management activities and providing evidence based on data.
  • Together with the project manager, senior associate, or team lead, track document status, find efficiencies, and make sure the work is delivered on schedule.

Required Skills & Qualifications
