Required Skills & Qualifications
Below are the Required Skills & Qualifications –
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar discipline and at least one to two years of relevant professional experience.
- 0–2 years of practical programming and automated testing expertise.
- Familiarity with any of the following languages: Java, Perl, Ruby, Python, and JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of frameworks like Cucumber, Selenium, etc.
- Knowledge of web applications, including HTTP protocol, REST API, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, cookies and sessions, and browser variations.
- Familiarity with client and customer-facing web application quality assurance testing.
- Outstanding general QA abilities, including the ability to create test cases, test plans, analyze and report defects, and automate tests.
- Exceptional familiarity with QA procedures and the formal SDLC.
- Knowledge of Agile techniques, especially SCRUM.
- Familiarity with testing across platforms, browsers, and mobile devices.
- Practical knowledge of programs such as Jira, Jenkins, Git, Perforce, Confluence, etc.,
