Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate of university
- Capacity to see the big picture, work autonomously, post, and mobilise groups of people to solve problems
- Proficiency in assembling, evaluating, and managing groups
- Ability to use discretion and independent judgement when juggling extremely delicate casework
- Excellent English-language business communication is essential.
- Exposure to the activities of contact centres
- Ideal qualifications:
- Experience in Customer Lifecycle Management, including KYC, Client Onboarding, Product Fulfilment, Offboarding, Periodic Review, and Client Middle Office -> Demonstrated Banking, Operations, or Financial Crime Risk Management experience -> Capable of leading team and client discussions.
