Processing transactions for the Underwriting Support Teams.
In charge of Risk Clearance, Bind & Issue, Endorsement Processing, and Renewal Processing; coordinating with the Onsite Team.
Accountable for understanding and having a positive customer service attitude to explain the solution in detail.
Responsible for managing a variety of workloads and meeting deadlines and goals on time; processing various system transactions at the designated authority level, such as rewrite transactions for data update.
Encourage conversion efforts both before and after as allotted.
Carry out other administrative and support duties as needed.
A thorough comprehension of P&C goods. Thorough understanding of the underwriting lifecycle is required, as is the ability to exhibit and promote customer attention, initiative, teamwork, accountability, and creativity.
Proficient in both written and spoken English.
Experience in Relevant Work. awareness of the insurance domain.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred if certified in one of the streams, such as IIA, Cert CII or its equivalent, AINS, CPCU, etc.
An understanding of P&C insurance.
A solid grasp of policy binding, issuance, and US underwriting.
Understanding of both premium and non-premium bearing endorsements.
