Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle various system transactions, such as data modification through rewrite transactions, within the designated authority level.
- Enter information into the policy management system and collect data with a variety of computer-based software tools.
- Uphold standards of quality and accountability for allotted duties.
- As assigned, assist with conversion operations both before and after.
- Carry out additional administrative or support duties as needed.
- Accountable for managing cases in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any graduate or undergraduate programme (with the exception of those with backgrounds in technology and commerce).
