- Build internal solutions, including bespoke front-ends (e.g., online, mobile) and back-end services that automate business operations. Maintain highest standards of development practices including technical design, solution development, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue detection and resolution, producing clean, modular, and self-sustaining code.
- Help partners in their day-to-day issues by offering creative and scalable solutions, and debugging their problems. Understand operational processes, identify and specify tool needs to support operational scalability, and lead the development (initial and ongoing) and deployment of these tools alongside Engineering.
- Work closely with analysts to translate business needs into technological solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Below are the Required Skills & Qualifications –
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or comparable technical subject.
- Experience in one or more general purpose programming languages.
- Ability to converse in English fluently to engage in technical conversations.
- Returning to a degree program following the end of the internship.
- Experience programming in Java, C++, or Python.
- Experience in systems software or algorithms as well as in SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services (RESTful, SOAP), JavaScript.
- Available to work full time for 12-14 weeks throughout the summer.
