  creating company funnels and procedures that are sustainable.
• Developing all marketing materials.
• Creating a unique onboarding strategy, scheduling a kickoff call, and checking in often with onboarded clients.
• Establishing an effective feedback system with the client.
• Establishing event IPs for various ICPs
• Deciding on speakers, schedule, and structure
