- Looking over the corporate debtor roster.
- Notifying clients by phone that their accounts are past due.
- Advising clients on available payment alternatives and recommending payment methods.
- Arranging reasonable payment schedules.
- Preserving client payment records.
- Answering questions from clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Must have graduated or higher from an institution recognised by the UGC.
- Given the goal-oriented nature of the position, flexibility in work hours is crucial.
- A basic comprehension of lending and recovery is required.
