Roles & Responsibilities
- Checking that companies receiving payments are adhering to policies and procedures.
- Monitoring vendor payments and checking the status of payments to find any problems that might have arisen during processing.
- Checking account activity to see if there has been any fraudulent activity.
- Creating reports on activities related to accounts payable, including exceptions and delinquencies.
- Reconcile the company’s financial institution’s bank statements or journals with the accounts payable ledgers.
- Handling money orders, wire transfers, credit card payments, cheques, and other payment methods.
- Coordinating the payment process with banks, auditors, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Looking into inaccuracies or other problems with bills or money that companies get paid for goods or services provided.
- Collaborating with the tech and product teams to comprehend the needs and provide operational support.

Required Skills
- NBFC, banking, or payment operations experience
- Possess exposure to control definition, control audits, and operations/process risk identification.
- understanding of the online market and platforms, payments, onboarding, and KYC
- knowledge of the many loan applications, payment options, and digital payment environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written and Verbal
