Roles & responsibilities

• Create a culture of high performance, trust, and engagement by defining clear objectives and demonstrating a dedication to feedback, growth, and acknowledgement.
• Utilise creative thinking and ongoing enhancement of procedures, goods, systems, or services, and effectively handle change to better meet the demands of your clients.
• Participate in product design while collaborating with professionals throughout the world to realise concepts and client specifications.
• Utilising programming languages like C and C++ (and in some cases Java or other emerging languages), implement and unit-test the design.
• Uphold proper coding conventions and documentation hygiene by demonstrating comprehensible and legible code and comments.
• Develop professionally solutions and work products overall using industry-standard software development techniques (e.g., the AGILE/SAFE software development model).
• In order to realise the work products, interface and interact with teams across departments and regions, offering updates and brainstorming.
• Collaborating with Product Management teams, help define the specifications for our products. Conduct technical research while keeping an eye on emerging trends and technological advancements.
• Participate in Harman’s innovation journey by contributing fresh concepts to the products we develop, as well as by producing invention disclosures and patents.
• Test the implemented implementations (make test cases, test scripts, and automate testing on hardware that is really in use).
