Roles & responsibilities
- Helps with unique missions to raise the CoE’s maturity, like designing budgeting tools.
- Prepare the data cuts based on analysis and review needs.
- Contribute to data collection and research as needed, such as when establishing operations in new geographic.
- Assemble information and presentations from many sources for the senior management function review.
- To comprehend the needs of the client as they relate to the application and process (HR, managers, and workers of HCL).
- To do validation and update data to keep it up to date, such as PMS.
