Roles & Responsibilities
- As an Order Management Specialist, your duties will include accurately and efficiently processing orders, ranging from simple to complex, and responding to client inquiries.
- To make wise business decisions, you’ll apply deductive thinking.
- To finish the aforementioned tasks and other regular job duties, you will adhere to best practices and collaborate cross-functionally with other teams.
- With great attention to detail and a sense of urgency, you will multitask between tools in order to maintain client databases, validate order information, and verify payment terms.
- You will oversee all open sales orders, maintain proper order flow, and guarantee adherence to all corporate and business standards.
- In order to make sure that the internal order to cash procedures for various items adhere to company regulations, you will be in charge of and oversee them.
- You’ll acquire knowledge about and handle every product shown in the logo.
- 24 * 5 shifts (night shift).
- Five days of labour, with Saturday and Sunday off.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A graduate or postgraduate student in any field.
- Outstanding Written Communication Skills in English (Must Have).
- Excellent email writing abilities with an emphasis on customer support.
- Responding to Email Inquiries from Customers.
- Dedicated to and a team player.

- Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills.
