Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluation of project files (using current property law knowledge), evaluation of title papers pertaining to specific loans.
- Give legal counsel on matters pertaining to property, the creation of security, and title verification for retail loans.
- Address concerns about compliance. drafting and organising several loan agreements with construction companies.
- Drafts of legal notice responses and retail loan agreements.
- Certifications of legal documents pertaining to the property covered by the mortgage, reviewing and commenting on reports from outside advocates, and examining and analysing the property owner’s title;
- Examine and confirm legal documents, inform customers of their rights under property law and other applicable legislation to purchase residential and commercial properties.

Required Skills
- Working familiarity with the terms of the Indian Companies Act, SARFAESI Act, Indian Registration Act, Indian Stamps Act, RERA Act, and other relevant local regulations, as well as the Transfer of Property Act.
- The candidate must be proficient in drafting a variety of legal papers and possess a pertinent understanding of corporate, business, and property laws.
- The ideal candidate will be fluent in both spoken and written Tamil and have a strong grasp of the English language.
