Roles & Responsibilities

Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –

  • Achieve the predetermined service level KPIs for customer service, technical support, and phone response.
  • Offer Help Desk Support for End Users and Level 1/2 Support for Applications and IT Infrastructure.
  • Record incidents and phone tickets in the ticketing tool and keep an eye on the queues of incoming client tickets for assignment, investigation, and resolution.
  • Comply with and finish the checklists for opening and shutting the IT service desk.
  • Look for solutions that may be applied to first call or contact resolution, and update your knowledge base accordingly.
  • Install, troubleshoot, and configure Microsoft Office, Outlook, applications, antivirus software, Internet Explorer, and do basic network troubleshooting.
  • To debug and fix end users’ laptops and desktop computers, use remote technologies like Team Viewer, Dame Ware/Bomgar, Remote Desktop assistance, etc. (this is optional).
  • Offer end users follow-up services to make sure the Help Desk’s assistance has promptly and effectively met their demands.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Below are the Required Skills & Qualifications–

  • It is essential to communicate in English both orally and in writing.
  • Should be familiar with the fundamentals of the ITIL process and addressing foreign clients via email and phone calls.
