Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- Collaborate with the client’s internal recruiting team by actively seeking out and screening applicants in response to certain job requests.
- Use innovative approaches (such as email blasts, LinkedIn mail, connection invites, job postings, and so on) to attract candidates and build talent pipelines that will support both present demands and future company expansion.
- Pre-qualify candidates by creating profiles and using emails and phone conversations to determine timeliness and interest level.
- On behalf of team members, arrange interview schedules with clients and candidates.
- Locate and preserve the contact details of running pipelines.
- Find and use fresh approaches to reach out to and establish connections with a varied group of applicants.
- Continually add new and updated candidate records to LinkedIn Projects, ATS (Dynamics), and other internal and external databases.
- Sporadic administrative tasks.

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a US accent, including the capacity to interact with candidates and stakeholders in a productive manner.
- Proven recruitment experience combined with an in-depth knowledge of the US labour market.
- Excellent analytical abilities and the capacity to carry out exhaustive applicant assessments.
- Expertise in utilising applicant tracking systems, particularly Breezy HR, and job boards like Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and others.
- Familiarity with regional labour laws and guidelines.
- Capacity to multitask and operate in a fast-paced atmosphere.
- A cooperative member of the team with a solid work ethic and the tact to handle sensitive information.
