Roles & Responsibilities
- Visit to the customer’s location to handle their issue or answer their call.
- Examination of the mode of failure, gathering and evaluating facts.
- Measure harmonics and do research as needed.
- Examination of the installed equipment under AMC for health issues.
- Create RCA/8D reports for grievances raised by clients.
- Based on the project requirements, create an ABRA, FQP, and bar chart.
- Conduct commissioning, installation inspections, and testing of all equipment using the appropriate instruments.
- Signing the performance report and getting the customer’s response and certificate of gratitude.
- Feedback on site learning is sent to the appropriate functions for action on improvement during weekly calls.
- Cooperation with the manufacturer to address material and other warranty-related concerns.
- Living up to the safety and integrity key values of Hitachi Energy entails accepting accountability for your own actions while showing concern for your coworkers and the company.

Required Skills
