- Helping the Transformers Sales Operations team develop all the training materials required for the sales process in SFDC, covering the complete process from start to finish.
- Provide the training materials in a variety of file types, such as word, power point, and pdf papers, as well as quick, self-explanatory movies.
- Update the organization’s training documents, create and standardize the training materials, and make them available via SharePoint.
- As the person in charge of planning and coordinating meetings and agreeing on the content, make sure that the appropriate alignment is completed with the various HUB Sales Operations team, the BU Operational Analyst, and the CPQ lead regarding the training required and the procedure outlined on the material.
- Examines and confirms adherence to national and international M&S standards, regulations, guidelines, instruments, policies, and procedures that support the application and oversight of M&S process and tool use.
- To give end users the assistance they require when they need it in order to understand how to adhere to SFDC requirements.
- To comprehend our PowerBI Dahsboards in order to create instructional materials and films for its utilization.
- Defines the KPIs (key performance indicators) that will be used to gauge the training.
- Make a packet of information for SFDC training that will be given to new recruits to the Transformers team during their onboarding.
