Roles & Responsibilities
Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- Take ownership of the whole product lifecycle, starting with identifying the features that consumers will find most useful, making system enhancements, and resolving any outstanding technical issues. Next, choose the technical method, estimate the amount of work involved, and develop a release plan.
- Set an example for Hiver’s code quality assurance. Engage in extensive code reviews for a variety of projects
- Mentor young engineers through documentation, presentations, and code comments. Encourage the team to use the finest coding and testing techniques.
- Experience estimating big and complicated projects’ estimated times of arrival (ETAs) pretty accurately and collaborating with a team to confidently fulfil deadlines
- Having brainstorming meetings to fully grasp the issue, creating creative solutions through careful design, precisely constructing the system, and finally supervising a successful deployment.
- Distributed system instrumentation and troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Below are the Required Skills & Qualifications –
- Three years or more of experience working as a professional backend developer in Python or other backend scripting languages (such as Node.js, PHP, or Ruby).
- Strong grasp of system architecture, low-level design, and data structures and algorithms.
- Ought to have created and managed production-grade services that a sizable number of active users and clients use.
- Extensive knowledge of relational databases (such as MySql) and some familiarity with NoSQL databases; familiarity with distributed systems.
