Roles & Responsibilities
- Need to be well-versed in the ServiceNow Platform.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Event, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Portal, Service Catalogue, and Request management, is essential from a support standpoint.
- knowledgeable about ServiceNow access management, including group and user maintenance.
- Workflows included in the configuration and customisation of the ServiceNow system.
- Knowledge of Service-Now Troubleshooting logs follow Best practices for Service-Now.
- Track the platform’s overall compliance, utilisation, and health.
- Organise and handle ServiceNow application requests, incidents, and modifications.
- Provide ServiceNow end users with functional training and support.
- Respond to calls and emails from end users and be aware of operational needs.
- A solid understanding of CMDB, asset management, and service mapping is required. Basic knowledge of the following areas is required: client side and server side scripting, UI policy, client script business rule, and UI action.
- Should be familiar with and comprehend SLA/OLA settings.
- Possessing knowledge of configuring Workflows, Notifications, and Catalogue Items.
- A fair understanding of MID servers, tool integration, E-bonding, etc.
- Capable of utilising ServiceNow dashboards and reporting.
- The capacity to assess the existing surroundings, ascertain requirements, and suggest solutions as soon as possible.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- A degree from an academic institution or comparable credentials.
- Certification for ITIL Foundation (Added Advantage).
- CSA certificate of preference.
- Show a genuine interest in the newest technology and inform management and peers about them.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English; outstanding in both communication and facilitating.
- Capability to establish reliable connections within IT Analytical methodology.
- Familiarity with enterprise datacenter environments and products. Having more technical capabilities is advantageous.
