Roles & Responsibilities
Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- The role holder will be in charge of overseeing the production and distribution of client reports and investment review meeting materials to support the wholesale sales and client service team.
- They will also be in charge of overseeing the setup and maintenance of client records in CRM and supporting bespoke client servicing requests and business acceptance processes.
- Finally, they will be in charge of overseeing the setup of Transfer Agent (TA) accounts and all fund queries.
- Finally, they will help the onshore team with the completion of legal arrangements, such as Distribution Agreements / Rebates.
- Lastly, the role holder will be coordinated and owned ownership of Sales & Service support processes for the Wholesale distribution channel within Asset Management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Below are the Required Skills & Qualifications–
- MBA, post-graduation, or a comparable degree from a reputable university.
- Outstanding command of the English language, both written and spoken; credentials in the capital markets industry desired.
- Experience in client relationship management, client reporting, sales, and service support operations for Independent Financial Advisors, Distributors, Platforms, and Institutional clients.
- Knowledge of financial products and their role in the asset and wealth management industry.
- Support for the Wholesale Sales Team; Handling CRM Tools to Maintain Client Relationship Data; Experience in Handling Regular and Ad Hoc Client Service Requests (Reports, Materials, etc.)
- Understanding of the macroeconomic environment, financial markets, theory, instruments, and tactics
- Possess strong persuasion techniques, a practical approach, the capacity to condense complicated and varied material into knowledge, and strong process analysis and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, and presentations (including sophisticated PowerPoint).
