- To join the IBM Data and AI product Support team, we are seeking a Technical Support Professional.
- This group of extremely talented and driven people provide technical assistance to IBM clients about
- Data and AI products. Recognising, focusing, and characterising the client’s concerns in terms of articulating the issue and appreciating its extent.
- Controlling client expectations and comprehending the scope and technical significance of the problem.
- Collaborating with other support operations/organizations while applying technical and negotiating abilities to identify, prioritise, and diagnose issues in order to use problem determination and analysis skills to resolve them.
