Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls with efficiency, assigning them to the appropriate agent or department in accordance with the telecalling script.
- Surveying consumers to get information on brand recognition and image, churn rate, customer satisfaction, etc.
- Evaluating and reporting client data to develop fresh approaches or revise current ones.
- Corresponding with them using a variety of omnichannel channels, such as SMS, phone, social media, or email.
- Arranging appointments that work with the client’s and customer’s schedules.
- Keeping the sales funnel moving and keeping customers informed about updates, discounts, offers, promotions, and policies.
- Helping them troubleshoot any issues they may be having.
- Ensuring that the client enjoys their interaction with the business.
- Promoting a positive rapport between the customer and the client.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Only 2022–2023 batch graduates with a BSc, BCom, or B.Pharm degree and 15 years of education.
- Work History: 0–1 Years.
