Roles & responsibilities
- Under the guidance of our seasoned senior engineers, your efforts will enhance our Quality Management System.
- Analyse data in Excel and Power BI, then provide conclusions or suggestions for the next step(s) based on the analysis’s findings.
- Take part in or lend support to audits to make sure they serve the intended objective.
- Monitor, distribute, and update performance/business/KPI dashboards and reports on a regular basis.
- Take part in the evaluation and selection of crucial preliminary hardware, software, or cloud quality metrics.
- Assist in locating, logging, and monitoring inefficiencies and non-value-added steps in the current processes, as well as the progress of the efforts being made to remove them.
- Provide alternatives and verify them when it comes to procedures and instruments for data gathering, analysis, and reporting.
- Help in locating and recording risks and opportunities in QMS procedures and instruments, and suggest a preliminary ranking of importance according to the effects on operations or business.
- During meetings, assist with administrative duties such as creating presentation decks, recording highlights, creating action items, and distributing meeting minutes.
