Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- In charge of delivering top-notch customer support and resolving grievances and inquiries about order progress, inventory, and billing issues via email and online chat.
- It is your responsibility to respond to questions in a way that upholds performance and quality standards.
- Determine which emails are important and forward them to the right channels.
- Respond professionally to consumer concerns and make an effort to effectively settle disputes in line with established policies.
- Accurately record consumer transactions in the relevant systems.
- When necessary, coordinate with coworkers, lead individuals, and other departments.
- Engage the consumer in conversation while demonstrating tolerance and empathy.
- Give the client information and make the necessary notes in the system detailing the precise actions that have been performed or still need to be completed.
- Make ensuring that all interactions adhere to the policies and procedures.
- Keep up a deep understanding of systems to enable research into information and accurate information delivery to customers.
- Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all current and upcoming processes and procedures.
- Respond to incoming emails and chats within the allotted SLA. Achieve the designated KPIs, such as Contact, to fulfill quality and performance goals. Manage CSAT, DSAT, time, and quality.
- Attend planned team meetings and extra training sessions.
- Carries out additional tasks as given.
