Roles & Responsibilities

Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –

  • Participate actively in organized conversations with colleagues.
  • To close cases, call staff members by phone or Google Meet.
  • Take charge of the “Intouch Connected” projects, such as focus groups, leadership connects, town halls, and skip level meetings, among others.
  • Serve as the liaison between all parties involved, including staff members from every department.
