  • Rate of returning customers: Number of repeat customers divided by total number of transactions.
  • Average Sales Amount: Value of total sales / Total number of clients.
  • Churn Rate: Total Number of Customers / Number of Churned Customers.
  • All new leads generated, broken down by source.
  • Total Opportunities generated Sales by Sources of Acquisition.
  • Rates of Referrals: Number of orders that were referenced / Total orders.
  • Total emails plus calls plus SMS; Response Rate for calls, emails, and SMS.

Required Skills

  • Requirement: Any Graduate.
  • Experience: Novices/Professionals.
