- Rate of returning customers: Number of repeat customers divided by total number of transactions.
- Average Sales Amount: Value of total sales / Total number of clients.
- Churn Rate: Total Number of Customers / Number of Churned Customers.
- All new leads generated, broken down by source.
- Total Opportunities generated Sales by Sources of Acquisition.
- Rates of Referrals: Number of orders that were referenced / Total orders.
- Total emails plus calls plus SMS; Response Rate for calls, emails, and SMS.
