Roles & responsibilities
- Join a team with five to ten other people.
- Create yearly and as-needed reconciliations in compliance with schedules and agreements.
- Create a completely reconciled expenditure schedule that includes backup for all transfers, prepayments, and accruals.
- Create a completely reconciled income schedule.
- Work closely with the surveyor to create allocation schedules using the predetermined structure.
- Lead assigned budgets, quarterly variance reports, and reconciliations proactively through close by following up with stakeholders to receive answers and assistance with any questions.
- Work items at danger of missing KPIs should be proactively flagged to the supervisor whenever needed.
- Increase the balancing fee.
- Send to the accounts manager so they can review it internally and take any necessary action.
- Make sure that all steps are completed according to instructions and procedures in a timely and correct manner.
- Create yearly budgets in accordance with guidelines.
- Follow the protocols for compliance and quality assurance.
- Any additional accounting tasks required to support the team’s management of the various portfolios
- Contribute to the creation of excel templates with macros to enhance workflow and decrease human labour.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Background in Accounting (B.Com., M.Com., MBA Finance).
- Up to 1.5 years of experience in the R2R/Transaction Management procedure.
- Familiarity with property VAT and accounts.
- Familiarity with or expertise in fundamental accounting.
- Proficiency in computer applications, such as spreadsheet and word processing software, email, and computerised accountancy, at a moderate to intermediate level of efficiency.
- Strong interpersonal abilities.
- Sufficient familiarity with MS Excel.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Able to use reasoning and problem-solving techniques.
