- Assistance for production lines: to maintain product mass production.
- Capable of spearheading product development to satisfy technical requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Preparing NPI documentation, creating BOMs, and managing 3D and 2D drawings.
- Solid understanding of the New Product Development (NPI) process, from conception to mass manufacturing.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Below are the Required Skills & Qualifications –
- Strong product development experience with cassette type and ducted split air conditioners is preferred.
- Excellent understanding of the air conditioning system and cycle part design, including cycle balancing, energy efficiency, compressor selection, heat load calculation, and heat exchanger design.
- Excellent knowledge of both domestic and international standards pertaining to air conditioners, including BEE star rating upgrades and QCO requirements for cassette and ducted split air conditioners.
- Conceptual knowledge of fluid mechanics, convective forced and natural heat mass transfer, and thermodynamics.
- Certification examinations: knowledge, conduct, analysis, and countermeasures norms.
- Ability to solve problems to enhance product warranty claims, field quality, assembly line quality, etc.
- Proficiency in product benchmarking is necessary to provide value for the organization.
- VAVE creation abilities.
- Applicants should have strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High levels of commitment, good ownership, and self-motivation.
- Capacity to oversee and carry out the projects while interacting with various departments that span functional boundaries.
