Roles & Responsibilities
- Updates on regulatory reporting for CCAR dates following loan setup
- Sending and monitoring unilateral notices
- Finding patterns unique to an industry, a person, or a process, then recommending training or updating the process
- Engage in tactical projects like as Credit Integrating Doc Platform to expedite WLS and DocuSign processes
- procedures for verifying the validity of customer signatures
- Make sure that the essential data elements—Reg U form and execution, Reg Z minimum amounts, certain operational flags, and RRC codes linked to evergreen and purpose credits—are used consistently throughout the world.
- Participate in appropriate global consistency projects.
- Collaborate with Underwriters and Lending Experts to input terms and conditions found in legal documents and credit approvals into the corporate credit platform.
- Ensure that the Corporation Credit Systems are properly connected and maintained.
- Ensure that authorised facilities are accurately scheduled for loan closings by coordinating with internal staff (underwriters, lending specialists, and wholesale loan services) and external stakeholders (customers, legal counsel).
- Oversees the worldwide clearance process for cross-line business requests that involve exposure to clients overseen by entities outside the family responsibility region.
- Verify the accuracy of the Country of Risk allocations and, if necessary, secure the approval of the Senior Country Officer.
- Help with the issuing of credit letters and modifications, as well as managing and monitoring the ARC LC queues for the approval of new and renewable LCs.
- Organise and keep an eye on the company credit systems’ credit exposure data.
- Manage the day-to-day administration of the portfolio, including but not restricted to finding unlinked outstanding, overlimits, temporary facility extensions, and increases.
- Assist with the information requirements arising from credit audits, portfolio reviews, internal and external exams, and quality evaluations.
- When customers and facilities are relocated to new markets or to different lines of business, manage the transfers of markets and lines of business.
- Establishing and preserving customer data records within internal systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.A., B.S., or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with MS Office, MS Excel, and SharePoint Minimum 0–5 years of experience working in the financial services sector.
