Roles & Responsibilities

Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –

  • In charge of ensuring that customers are satisfied by providing high-quality service and by communicating clearly, proactively, and on-site (callout ETA, task completed, etc.).
  • In charge of accurately and promptly reporting work completed (down to the equipment level) in order to guarantee e-Optimum and customer notification accuracy.
  • Responsible for sustaining, via the use of the Ambassador mentality, outstanding connections with clients, the contact person, and end users present on site.
  • Responsible for the functioning and safety of the equipment
  • Responsible for overseeing the site’s environment while providing services
  • Responsible for determining site risks and informing the supervisor of them

  • Responsible for maintaining a secure workplace
  • Accountable for using safe work procedures and conducting operations in accordance with safety and maintenance guidelines.
  • Responsible for carrying out service visits (scheduled maintenance, callouts, and repairs) in accordance with the timetable, callout time limit, quality standards, time allotment, and procedures
  • In charge of efficiently organizing the workload with the service supervisor
  • Responsible for reporting sales leads to the manager
  • Responsible for timely and accurate back reporting on work completed in accordance with the procedure
  • In charge of turning in time sheets that reflect the execution
  • In charge of overseeing proximity stock management (shelving, inventory, stock transfers, etc.), determining the requirement for spares, and getting spares from supervisor.
  • Accountable for keeping an eye on the vicinity stock (shelving, inventory, stock transfers, etc.), determining when a spare is needed, and asking the supervisor for one.
  • In charge of ensuring the instruments, vehicle, and servicing equipment are secure, well-maintained, and in working order.
  • Provides input to the PCM organization and the supervisor in order to support the continuous improvement of the goods, procedures, and safety.
  • In charge of keeping the supervisor regularly informed about any pertinent facts
  • It is your responsibility to be knowledgeable about lifts and related technologies, and you are also accountable for attending the suggested training.
  • It can be necessary to provide coaching or training to individuals the supervisor designates.
