- Coordinate process definition and execution with the project team and program manager.
- Provide team with process and tool training.
- Carry out quality inspections.
- Contribute ideas for the project plan based on previously completed, comparable projects.
- Take part in project evaluations.
- Collaborate with PM/PL and stakeholder holders to analyze issue areas in order to find gaps and close them.
- Regularly check for implementation and compliance.
- Report implementation and compliance flaws and gaps.
- Encourage the implementation of new projects and process improvements.
