Roles & Responsibilities
- Recognising and putting internal CRM into practice.
- Strong awareness of the needs and demands of the customer.
- Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient operation.
- MIS to be given to Central Team for additional reporting in compliance with policies.
- Educating sellers on the SuFin Portal and obtaining quotes that meet the needs of the buyer.
- Settling disputes with vendors and upselling customers to close sales calls.
- Add order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts) to internal databases.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- A graduate engineer must have one to two years of procurement experience. Fresher is also acceptable.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Strong sense of business.
- Advanced proficiency with the CRM Module and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with market research.
- Experience working as a manager or assistant in purchasing or as a sourcing officer.
- Proficient in both English and Hindi OR Bangla (required).
- It must be based in Mumbai.
- Competent in data entry, cold calling, follow-up, negotiating, and liaisoning, among other things.
