- Collaborating worldwide with our clients to provide top-notch technical support for MasterCard applications and infrastructures, facilitating expansion, diversification, and the creation of new business.
- Assist MasterCard’s worldwide infrastructure with technical operations around-the-clock, seven days a week, with an emphasis on minimizing effect to customers and internal users.
- Keep an eye on the infrastructure and participate actively in the Change Management and MasterCard Incident Management procedures.
- Conduct data analysis on a regular basis to assess MasterCard’s performance and pinpoint areas for development as well as potential automation opportunities.
- Complete the processes for managing incidents, changes, and problems. This includes acknowledging alerts, turning them into incidents, and working toward closure.
- Proven track record of working via phone and email to resolve issues with several vendors.
Networking abilities are essential. - Proficiency in Networking commands to route customer and central site traffic as needed to minimize downtime and impact on the company and brand, respectively, and to review, distribute, and route logs to many internal teams and external suppliers.
- The fundamentals of operating a mainframe terminal to enable transactions using credit and debit.
- Automation-related knowledge, expertise, or interest would be advantageous.
- A 12-hour fixed-night shift (3d/4d pattern; 6:30 PM IST to 6:30 AM IST), starting at the beginning or conclusion of the workweek.
- Hybrid work: In accordance with management directives, the candidate must work from the office for a minimum of three days.
