Roles & responsibilities
- Keep an eye on the assigned clients’ invoicing, transmission, and payment procedures for a range of complexity.
- Balance discrepancies between group clients’ billed and paid amounts. As necessary, put corrective measures into place to guarantee that insurance plan participants receive accurate billing.
- Responsible for promptly updating information from institutional clients or appropriately applying premiums to each individual’s policies, accounts, and records.
- Help in organising internal resources required for the implementation of new product additions, customer mergers and acquisition adjustments, and customer reorganisations and changes in pay frequency.
- Take part in the analysis of issues, problems, and/or queries that have been escalated from group clients, sales executives, brokers, and other Met units (such the call centre) and produce solutions or responses.
- In order to avoid serious administrative issues and customer service problems, proactively carry out tasks that are essential to the accuracy of the billing for all assigned accounts. These tasks include updating account billing schedules annually, daily analysis of reports that show missed or incorrect deductions, auditing the accuracy of the content of administrative systems, etc.
- Participate in the creation of new protocols and procedures.
- Provide entry-level topic mentoring to new and existing Account Representatives.
- Keep a record of all current administrative policies and practices. Make recommendations for enhancements to current systems, procedures, and processes based on the trends seen in case administration.
- Any additional crucial task that the assistant manager or team leader may occasionally assign.

Required Skills & Qualifications
