Roles & Responsibilities
- Create new test programmes for the first silicon validation of a new product or technology startup. These programmes give crucial feedback to the relevant teams that are in charge of improving the quality and functionality of the devices.
- Create and manage Micron Module test programmes to meet customer requirements for device performance characterization, specifications, and return policy analysis.
- Reduce product test timeframes and production costs by optimising test programmes through the use of more effective testing techniques.
- To increase productivity, write software scripts to automate the testing process.
- To guarantee outstanding outgoing quality and client satisfaction, improve test coverage.
- In order to optimise return on investment, collaborate with the product and equipment engineering teams to enhance overall product yield and create customisation from existing test solutions.
- To achieve output targets, work together with the manufacturing and test capacity divisions.
- Create and track engineering and process metrics to guarantee the efficacy, stability, and efficiency of test procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- A degree in electrical, electronics, computer, or other related engineering field, either bachelor’s or master’s.
- Strong programming abilities; familiarity with C/C++ will be beneficial.
- Strong analytical abilities for solving problems.
- Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking.
- A solid grasp of the physics of semiconductor devices will be advantageous.
- An added benefit will be familiarity with the Unix/Linux environment.
