- Assist design projects with verification by simulating, evaluating, and troubleshooting whole pre-silicon chip designs.
- To improve the functional coverage for all DRAM and future memory architectures and features, provide test cases and stimuli.
- Using simulation tools, create and manage test benches and test vectors, and perform regressions for coverage analysis and enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Below are the Required Skills & Qualifications–
- Strong knowledge of mixed signal and analog circuitry.
- Proficiency in Verifying Analog and Mixed Signals; proficient in utilizing Virtuoso, Finseim, Hspice, Xcellium, Simvision, and Waveview tools.
- Practical knowledge in creating Verilog models. Writing RVM and Verilog A/MS models is advantageous.
- Practical experience creating block-level, full-chip SPICE test benches. It is advantageous to have firsthand expertise developing the COSIM/ Mixed signal verification environment.
- Practical knowledge of UVM-based verification and SV practical knowledge of SV/PSL claims. Proficient in writing scripts in Python and Perl is a bonus.
- It is advantageous to have prior job experience in domains relevant to DRAM memory.
- It is necessary to have effective communication skills, debugging abilities, and teamwork abilities.
