Roles & Responsibilities

• Utilise and Care for Equipment.
• Observe and utilise various machine capacities as specified in OEE/ETI.
• Increase equipment with minimal downtime and efficiency.
• Show that you can use computer-based tools and programmes to carry out your everyday work responsibilities.
• Check that the machines are correctly logged in ETI.
• During breaks, provide machine coverage as instructed by the leadership.
• Discuss OEE and ETI concerns with local staff.
• Examine equipment performance disparities and discuss potential explanations.
• Continually increase output throughput.
• Provide recommendations for enhancing the ETI and OEE programmes.
• To increase knowledge of quality and efficiency in the field, use OEE and ETI data.
• Act as a local resource for inquiries about OEE and ETI.
• Analyse the capabilities of the machine
• Use methods to find consistency, and alert the relevant staff if a discrepancy remains uncorrected.
• Use processes to resolve equipment performance discrepancies, and notify the relevant parties if the problem remains uncorrected.

• When necessary, log machines in ETI. Adjust equipment in accordance with protocols.
• Provides assistance with troubleshooting.
• Assure Process and Product Quality.
• Execute machinery according to the available process data. Carry out the necessary machine, buddy, and product inspections.
• Check the lot details in MAM.
• Use appropriate handling techniques when transporting products and supplies to avoid scrap.
• Arrange the workstations.
• Provide recommendations for improving the effectiveness and quality of processes, and propose modifications to protocols.
• Examine the QDRs and Reports page for product quality information, and disseminate information to increase awareness.
• Prevent scrap by identifying possible processing problems and encouraging local quality improvement initiatives.
• Act as a resource for issues pertaining to quality in the region.
• Encourage the development of organising abilities in the field.
• Completing given tasks on schedule and keeping promises without reminders.
• Recognise your actions and hold yourself accountable for them.
• Offer helpful advice or suggestions for enhancements.
• Engage in productive and good meeting participation.
• During downtime, stay productive by looking for new projects or chores.
• Participate in keeping the area tidy.
• Establish priorities and practise efficient time management.
