- Creating and recording SOPs, flowcharts, and other support operations documentation, then sharing them with the support teams
- Help collect, arrange, and oversee data for business analysis assignments
- Assist the content manager administrator with planning, producing, and overseeing content across several platforms.
- Create, update, and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs) for important business processes and workflows, making sure that all documentation is clear and consistent.
- Assist with testing and validating data after migration and support data migration activities by making sure data is appropriately transmitted between systems.
- Assist in the deployment of new platforms and systems. Help integrate current systems and make sure that data moves freely across different apps.
