Roles & Responsibilities
- Examining, diagnosing, debugging, and fixing technological problems in a cloud/SaaS environment; effectively (verbally and in writing) communicating with our clients and internal stakeholders.
- Customer-focused and willing to go above and beyond to assist in resolving problems or questions for customers in the shortest amount of time.
- Adding recurrent problems to FAQs or knowledge base articles to reduce the amount of time it takes to close support tickets.
- Provide the engineering, product, and team leads with ongoing, helpful input to enhance the customer experience and make process suggestions.
- Solving problems, being naturally curious, and exhibiting a quick learning curve.
- Having effective communication skills with a variety of audiences, including developers and non-technical users.
- Must be willing to work any shift, including nights, in accordance with business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficient in a variety of programming languages, including HTML/CSS, Python, Java, Javascript, Angular, and React.
- Exposure to REST API and Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Experience with databases (SQL/Mongo) would be very beneficial.
- It would be very desirable to have exposure to and practical expertise with AWS, Kafka, and ElasticSearch.
- Outstanding ability to communicate in writing and spoken English.
