Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- Contribute to the creation of CES (Connected Solutions Enterprise) products, which include Copper, Fiber, and Coresync solutions for data, smart buildings, and voice. You will assist in ensuring that designs adhere to product performance requirements as per Molex standards, industry standards, or customer specifications while working under the direction of experienced engineers.
- Provide assistance for ongoing engineering projects, including Engineering Work Requests (EWR) and Engineering Change Requests (ECR). In addition, you will help with documentation, design reviews, 3D modeling, 2D drawings, and technical documents. You will also be introduced to the Product Development Process (PDP).
- Under the supervision of senior team members, engage in design verification exercises and learn about tools including tolerance analysis, DFMEA, and DVP. Along with learning about compliance procedures like UL, CE, REACH, RoHS, and others, you will also help with product testing.
- Work together with departments and teams around the world, such as supply chain, quality, operations, and product management. As you work toward production and gain knowledge of Design for Manufacturing (DFM), you’ll assist with relationships with suppliers and manufacturing.
- Work with cross-functional teams to learn about Lean principles and product enhancements. Gain exposure to quality checks and continuous improvement efforts.
- Participate in international exchanges, occasionally collaborating with groups from Poland, China, India, Australia, and the United States. It might be necessary to be flexible with your working hours to meet different time zones.
