Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the fwd student community to create active communities of consumers, producers, and brand enthusiasts through fun, sales-oriented activities, and education.
- Develop and implement growth plans for Myntra’s campus and student programme, including taking part in events and on-the-ground activations that combine entertaining, informative, and sales-oriented activities in moderation.
- Oversee the fwd campus ambassador programme to guarantee maximum member involvement and engagement.
- Develop a strategy for growing your membership over time.
- Produce and manage the creation of promotional materials, content, and marketing assets.
- To guarantee consistent message and coordination of marketing initiatives, work together with category teams, price teams, central marketing, and social media teams.
- Work together with partners and outside agencies to carry out marketing campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business, influencer & social media marketing, digital marketing, brand communications, or a similar discipline.
- Strong familiarity with influencer trends, digital marketing, and social media platforms.
- Exceptional organisational and project management abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and communication abilities.
- Creative thinker having the capacity to create original marketing plans.
- The capacity for original thought and the production of compelling campaign concepts.
- Proficiency in project management and the capacity to multitask in a rapidly paced setting.
- Familiarity collaborating with external partners and cross-functional teams.
