Roles & Responsibilities
- You will assist with the study of complex pan-group and cross-franchise needs in your new position. Ensuring congruence with key strategic concepts necessitates identifying, validating, and documenting both business and system requirements.
- Across numerous franchises and functions, you will be in charge of forming, maintaining, and fostering positive working relationships with stakeholders and outside suppliers.
- Create and manage documentation while offering suppliers and important stakeholders help with controls and quality assurance.
- Support the identification of tasks for implementation and cut-over.
- Create connections between future state design and business requirements.
- At different project stages, develop and run test scripts and scenarios to verify solution designs.
- Assist business users in carrying out the tests and facilitate user acceptance testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency with trade and transaction reporting using business analytical tools.
- Proven track record of delivering business analysis in an IT or technology role.
- Experience managing stakeholders effectively and extracting requirements for project delivery from large-scale regulatory projects.
- Strong ability to manage stakeholders.
- Proficiency in overseeing project specifications for diverse initiatives, including T and TR Re-platforming, EMIR Rewrite, and CFTC Rewrite.
