- Work together with the members of the IT and/or business functional teams to determine and rank the use cases that AI can be used to.
- Show that you can solve problems on your own and that you can operate independently.
- Contribute to the creation, advancement, and use of AI models and algorithms.
- Research cutting-edge AI methodologies and assist in the creation of creative solutions.
- To train and assess AI models, gather, preprocess, and analyze data.
- Work together with cross-functional teams to compile and record business needs. Participate in the creation of AI solutions.
- Help verify and test AI models to make sure they are accurate and dependable.
- Demonstrate a good knack for picking up new technologies and knowing how to apply them to address technical and commercial issues in the real world.
- Keep yourself informed on the most recent developments in AI technology and add to the team’s knowledge base.
- Keep records of the project’s progress, procedures, and outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage in brainstorming sessions, team discussions, and knowledge-sharing exercises.
- Present the finished projects in an end-of-program presentation to the IT leadership team at the conclusion of the internship.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Below are the Required Skills & Qualifications –
- Now working toward a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a similar discipline.
- Knowledge of machine learning principles and techniques or practical experience working on ML/AI/data analytics projects in a university context.
- At least one backend programming language (Python, Java, JS, or Go) should be mastered for API development.
- Knowledge of a UI framework (such as React JS or Angular).
- Familiarity with SQL.
- Familiarity with data analytics techniques.
- Knowledge of well-known machine learning frameworks or libraries, such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Preliminary understanding of machine learning and distributed computing toolsets (e.g., Generative AI).
- It is advantageous if you have experience working on real-world AI projects from a previous internship or outside of the classroom.
